State Flexibility™ is the capacity to move fluidly between activation and rest, to meet a challenge and recover fully, to access the full range of states your system was designed for — not just the two or three it defaults to under stress. It’s what allows your nervous system to hold safety in the body, to stay present in connection with others, to engage socially without bracing, and to sustain focus and effort — physical or cognitive — without collapsing into shutdown or running on adrenaline.

This isn’t a concept I borrowed. It’s the framework underneath everything I teach — developed through years of training in somatic reconditioning, nervous system science, and clinical observation. Every tool I use, every session I guide, is expanding this one capacity.

Functional breath work rooted in the Oxygen Advantage® method. Retrain dysfunctional patterns, improve CO₂ tolerance, and gain conscious control over the one autonomic function you can override — including through hormonal shifts most practitioners never address.

Move

Somatic movement drawn from Feldenkrais and Hanna Somatics. These are not exercises — they are invitations for your nervous system to recognize its existing patterns and discover new ones. When safety registers, bracing softens and movement becomes fluid again.

Regulate

Nervous system reconditioning through energy work and sound immersion. Multiple modalities woven together in real time based on what your system needs — clearing what the body is holding, restoring flow, and building capacity at a level most people never think to address.

Not sure if this work is for you? Start here. One full session where you experience the method firsthand — breath work, somatic movement, nervous system work — and walk away with a real shift in how your body feels, not just an explanation of what I do.

No commitment beyond this session. If you decide to continue into the Foundation Series within two weeks, your Starting Point becomes session 1 and the $150 is credited toward your Foundation total — you just pay the remaining $650.

The best way to understand this work is to feel it. One session tells you more than any website can.

For the curious and the ready. We assess how you breathe, how you move, and where your nervous system is stuck — mapping your current State Flexibility™ baseline.

You’ll leave with a clear picture of your patterns and the first real shifts in states you may have been locked into for years.

Includes a full State Flexibility™ assessment, introduction to all three pillars, and a personalized practice framework to use between sessions. Starting Point clients pay $650 remaining.

Integration
3-Month Container · 10 Sessions · $2,400

This is where lasting change happens. Over three months, we weave breath work, somatic movement, energy work, and sound based on what your system needs — building State Flexibility™ session by session, not protocol by protocol.

You’ll develop real nervous system range: faster recovery, broader access to states, and an awareness of your own patterns that changes how you move through everything.

Includes full functional assessment, all three pillars woven throughout, a sound immersion experience, and between-session practice guidance.

Continued Practice

Twice Monthly · $400/mo

For those who’ve built their foundation and want to keep expanding. This is where State Flexibility™ deepens into something you don’t just practice — it becomes how you live.

The nervous system isn’t a thing you fix once. It’s a system you learn to work with. This is how you stay in that conversation. Two sessions per month, modality selected based on your current needs. Available only after completing Foundation & Integration.
