CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We keep a small, dedicated patient panel so every person receives unhurried, whole-person care.
These policies help us honor that commitment to you and to every patient we serve.
WHY WE HAVE THESE POLICIES
As a small integrative medicine practice, we intentionally limit our patient panel so that Dr. Tavernier can provide the deep, personalized attention that true healing requires. Each appointment slot represents a significant commitment of physician time — time that cannot easily be filled on short notice. Our cancellation policies exist to ensure that every patient who needs care can access it, and that the time reserved for your healing is protected.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment — including initial consultations, follow-up visits, and membership visits. Our small patient panel means that each reserved appointment slot represents a significant commitment of physician time that cannot easily be filled on short notice.
If you provide at least 72 hours’ notice, you may reschedule to a future date without penalty
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, or fail to appear for a scheduled appointment, appointment fees are non-refundable unless extenuating circumstances apply
If a second late cancellation or failure to appear occurs, the appointment will be forfeited with no refund, credit, or replacement visit, due to the impact
DR. TAVERNIER’S SERVICES
Initial Consultation Package — $1,775
Payment in full of $1,775.00 is due at the time of scheduling. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received. This fee includes the 90-minute comprehensive consultation, 3x4 Genetics clinical genetic test, and your genetic blueprint review visit.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice or fail to appear, you will be permitted to reschedule one time. If a second late cancellation or no-show occurs, the entire $1,775.00 consultation fee will be forfeited.
Follow-Up Visits — Non-Members — $595
Payment in full of $595.00 is due at the time of scheduling each follow-up. The same 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. If a second late cancellation or no-show occurs, the visit fee will be forfeited.
NICOLE’S SERVICES
The same appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all services provided by Nicole. We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
