Follow-Up Interpretation Visit 45–60 minutes

Limited to the first 30 patients. Applies to Year 1 only — memberships renew at standard pricing.
Cash-Pay Practice
We do not bill insurance, including Medicare. Superbills are provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payments. Annual memberships must be paid in full.
Membership Commitment
All memberships are 12-month commitments. Your tier is reassessed at renewal based on your clinical progress.
